They say the fear of heights is the #2 fear in the USA, right behind the fear of public speaking. I'm not afraid of public speaking but heights aren't my favorite thing. Of course, I'm not a fireman either. Do people who are afraid of heights apply to be firemen??? I would think they could find a job where you do carry a ladder with you everywhere you go.
