What would hurt more than having all of your skin removed? I don't think much would.
This pumpkin design seems to capture the pain and suffering of being flayed. It would certain give the neighborhood kids a fright. If I were to do one (and I probably will) I wouldn't hesitate to light it with a road flare. The creepy red glow would look great.
