Giant Monster Head
Giving out candy from a giant monster head seems like a good idea. I envision it to be like the head used in the wizard of OZ, with the help of a bunch of levers and knobs I could control lights, smoke, and a creepy voice amplifier. After the kids said trick or treat, the candy could slide out of the mouth.
