I like pumpkins that are really frightening. Let's face it, the thought of giving birth is so frightening to many women that they will give up the joy of having a child so that they don't have to go through it.
This is a great pumpkin design for this reason. Giving birth is scary. Ask any pregnant woman how she feels about it and most will say they are nervous. Mention the word episiotomy and most will cringe. That's some scary crap right there.
